About

Kirkwood Men's Lacrosse Club (KMLC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1993 to develop, support and promote the sport of lacrosse in the Kirkwood area as well as provide students with the opportunity to play competitive lacrosse at the high school level.  KMLC welcomes all players regardless of experience or skill level.  We offer Varsity, JV and Middle school levels of play.  The Varsity team is a competitive team, with players selected based on commitment and skill level as judged by the coaching staff.  The JV team emphasizes skill development while playing other JV squads in the local area.  Players who excel on JV may be asked to play with the Varsity team.

The high school teams follow Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) and Missouri Scholastic Lacrosse Association (MSLA) rules and by-laws for player eligibility and conduct.  US Lacrosse rules apply for equipment and game play and all players are required to have an active US Lacrosse membership.  Links to these organizations websites can be found in the "Helpful Links" section of the KMLC website.

Kirkwood Men's Lacrosse Club enjoys a good relationship with Kirkwood High School Athletic Department administration, however as a club sport, we receive no monetary support from the Kirkwood School District. We are fortunate to be able to rent the KSD fields but from time to time we will be required to yield facilities to school sponsored sports.
